| Major Construction Details |
| From the past experience of more than 20 years in the line of Dispersion Kneaders, Mixing Chamber, Sideboards and Pressure Lid are fabricated from a SINGLE PLATE PRIME TESTED MATERIAL and not made of single piece steel casting like other manufacturers do. As there are too many Blowholes/ Pinholes on each side of the piece which are removed by welding and grinding of each and every hole. Further these Blowholes/ Pinholes pieces are jacketed by welding again for cooling/ heating purpose. This further increases the chances of leakage and makes its quality very poor and THUS EFFECTS THE TROUBLE FREE WORKING of the machine and hence has a lesser life than make Dispersion Kneaders. |
